From the beginning Harley, the dispatcher took all my information and gave a reasonable quote. It was easy to Communicate with her. She guided me very well throughout the entire process. Paul and other customer service representatives also called me to provide updates and sent me text messages. The car carrier driver Reinier, was punctual and professional. My experience was excellent. I highly recommend Ultimate Transport 123.
