I was . Callled 4 hours prior to my pick up so the driver could get his bearings on where the best place was for us to meet. 1 hour prior I received a 2nd call to verify locations near me.. I was told the arrival time to my de stination and everything went as planned. I was charged extra for sone bags of clothing ib the cab of my truck.. I was also told i had to pay the driver on the spot. Had i known that i would have loaded my bed of my truck as well since this was a move out of state.
