Overall, I had a pretty good experience with Ultimate Transport 123! The salesperson Jason was extremely helpful. He was fully transparent about the towing process and gave me all the information I needed, and he even called to check in while I was still gathering information. However, once I placed the order and a driver was assigned, I didn’t receive as many updates from him or the tow truck driver. When I called either of them, it took a while to gather basic info about the status of the truck (I’m guessing this was mostly on the driver’s end, though). Also, I didn’t receive any text messages when the car was picked up or delivered. It arrived safely, though, so everything turned out well in the end!
