They were to pick up our cars on a transport truck and we paid extra to have them placed on top of the auto transport trailer to protect them from the elements. They asked me to sign a contract so they could assign our cars for pickup. When they were not responding to our emails and texts I wished to cancel and was told, in a very bullying manner, that I would have to pay them $600. as they had contracted with a transport companh but wouldn't tell me the name of the company or even when the cars would be picked up. They contracted with two Ukranian's that speak zero english and they hid their flat bed truck from us and walked to our home in Scottsdale. The cars were filthy when they arrived with oil splatter. They are unwilling to take any responsibility for this even to the point of not refunding the money we paid to have our vehicles placed on top of the transport. We would never place our cars on a flat bed truck for exactly the reason I mentioned.
