The amount of time I had to call the Transport company. Waiting on the line forever, getting the wrong person, then having to call over and over again. The agent Jason was very helpful, Courteous, and friendly. He assured me I could reach him anytime. That was fine. But, he only helped with the booking. He did not help with the trucking company, or dispatch. No one from dispatch or customer called or followed up with trucking company number, or the driver. I had to follow up by myself. Which resulted in frustration and anxiety. I requested the trucker give me a 2 1/2 hour heads up. Because I had to drive to meet him. It is cold and covid, shut down so he had to call me. I never heard from the driver, waited all day for a call. Then he came the next day. I asked him to call me 2 and half hours, but he called me 30 mins into the delivery. But, he was courteous and kind, very articulate in the delivery. I was pleased. call me a couple of hours before he arrived. Mind you its lock down in our state, bc of Covid..have had to stay in a grocery store, or car, freezing cold. The driver of the transport did not call me like he was supposed to on the day of delivery. I waited all day, and he did not show up. Thank God I was at home waiting. I called him after about 5.00 p.m. and that's when he told me he was not going to be there. He was sick. I called 123, and they told me the driver was delayed. He would deliver the next day. The next day didn't hear from he driver called the next day 30 mins to delivery. I am two and a half hour away. We did finally get there, and he was on time. Very courteous and careful to take the care off. I was very pleased with the driver. Wish the communications between the trucking company, dispatch and driver was better. I will use 123 again, now that I know the ropes.
