My vehicle was delivered ahead of schedule and the person with whom I made the arrangements was extremely pleasant. Unfortunately, the driver accepted the job without first confirming that his truck could drive on my street. He attempted to get me to agree to drive the vehicle, without tags, from an alternate location. I informed him that it wouldn't work and he ended up driving the vehicle to me and I took him back to his truck in another car. The communication should have been better beforehand. I doubt I'd use the company a second time, but I wouldn't badmouth it to others who may be interested. My vehicle was delivered ahead of schedule and everyone was pleasant, including the driver. I just did not like that there was an attempt to get me to pick the vehicle up from a location other than the one for which I paid.
