Lied about guaranteed pick up and terrible customer service

I signed up to go with these guys to pick up my suburban after an aggressive sales rep Nina had 'guaranteed' me that my car would be picked up in 3 business days. I asked what the guarantee was and she couldn't provide anything except her manager guaranteeing me that it would be picked up. After 3 days came and went and zero communication from the company, I called Nina to see what happened. She promised she would call back, but never did. I tried calling several more times with no reply. I finally contacted customer service and after waiting on hold for 30 minutes all they could tell me was that they couldn't find a driver that would sign their agreement. Several more days passed and a number of calls to customer service asking for a manger to call me back on 2 occassions with promises that one would resulted in zero call backs. This company is quick to over promise and definitely doesn't deliver. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere for a reputable company to move your auto. I was fortunate to find one that got my vehicle picked up the following day and delivered 4 days later.
