Good service, improve speed of communications

I researched more than 10 companies to transport my Father in law's truck from Las Vegas to the Dallas, TX area. I elected to use Ultimate Transport 123 since they had an office location in Las Vegas and the reviews were positive. I was pleased with their service and I would recommend this company. One area you could improve upon is the speed of communicating with your customers AFTER the contract is signed. I sent 3 emails and called 2 times and it took 2-3 days to get a response. Also, just because they 'estimate' your vehicle will be loaded on a certain date, that may not be the case...but this is across the industry. Since we have to be physically here to have the vehicle loaded, it would nice to know precisely when they will arrive, exact date & time. I only found this out by texting the driver's contract company 5-6 times over a 3-day period. I would use them again but they should improve the efficiency of customer communications. Jeff
