all in all it worked out well. The driver had to get new tires for his truck so that delayed the pickup a day, but arrived by the time we needed it there. It would have been nice to have received updates from Ultimate 123 along the way it seems like they are the broker, so once they have the deal set up and the driver picks up the car they are out of the loop..For the price of their service I'd like to see more hands on interaction throughout the process, not just the quoting phase. The guy I talked with initially was very helpful in my requirements. The driver kept good communication with us.. I liked how Ultimate 123 uses email to let you know who the driver will be and their contact info as well as to whom to make the cashier's check. 'Ultimately' I would use again. The whole shipping of a car is stressful with all the bombarding of people giving you quotes and not knowing who to trust, what price is fair etc, in the end this company did right by me.
