The driver that UT 123 arranged to pick up my vehicle showed up on a Friday even though I had specified that Saturday was the first date the vehicle would be available. Also, the driver's fee was $25 more then what I have contractually agreed to. And even though their contract specifies that a customer's credit card will not be charged until a driver has been dispatched in accordance with the date window and price quote specified in the agreement, UT 123 nonetheless charged my credit card when the driver showed up a day earlier, and for more money, than I had agreed. I spoke to the initial rep I was working with about this and she said that I had agreed to a Friday pick up. I had not. So, I asked the rep to cancel my reservation and credit back their fee to my card. She re-stated that I had agreed to a Friday pick up, then said that she would have her manager call me back, and hung up as responded to that. I called back immediately, and was routed to a representative named Hannah. I asked to speak to the manager, and Hannah allowed me to explain all of the facts surrounding the issue. She listened intently and took notes about what had happened. said she would be communicating directly with the manager and would get a resolution for me. And ultimately, she did and I am very grateful for that. Great work Hannah you are a shining light at UT 123!
