This company is horrible I placed an order with them Jan 2 for a pickup Jan 16 . They assured me that I would not be charged until my suv was picked up by a driver as soon as I hung the phone with the agent this company charged my credit card. I called back spoke with multiple people about a refund and they advise me it would be refunded but never was They held my order for several days promising that they found a driver and was waiting for the driver to accepted the order which was not true. I ended up leaving my car unattended because their agents advise me that the driver will pickup my vehicle which never happened! They are full of lies and very unprofessional I asked numerous times to speak to a supervisor and the agent told me I could hold all day she didn’t care. I would never recommend using Ultimate transport they are rude unprofessional and seem like there reading off a script! They take your money and don’t provide any service when you want to cancel your order they advise you that you will be charged a cancellation fee when they are the ones who couldn’t uphold their end of the contract. I would give ultimate transport a negative 10 if I could they don’t deserve any stars

To Whom it May Concern- Client placed a second order in January 2020, while there was an outstanding Cancellation due from an order placed in September 2019 - the two orders have nothing to do with each other - Customer was charged a cancellation for the cancellation of the initial orders booked. This fee is deemed non-refundable. We hope this information clarifies statements from the Customer. Thank you.
