Overall experience was satisfactory. Initial contact was great but customer service was the same woman that seemed to be very savvy at stalling. Initial date that was requested was mistakenly listed as the contract date but they were very quick to fix the mistake and had my truck picked up the next business day. The driver was very quick delivering it from San Diego to north Chicago in just 2 business days. This rating would be a five other than the same woman i kept getting after the contract was signed could give me no answers and would not allow me to speak with any other representatives within the company and never called back. Put you phone in private mode to speak with someone else.
