I was very pleased with my transport driver John. He was a great communicator, he was punctual, courteous and very accommodating which I really appreciated. The vehicle was a non-runner at the time and it was not easily accessible and still, John was amazing. What I didn't like was the fact that I had to pay an additional $100.00 to make it happen! Otherwise, I would have been out of luck. The additional 100.00 wasn't the issue though. The issue was that this company comments (brags) all over the place how the rate is 'guaranteed' when in fact it wasn't, at least in my experience. What were my options, to have wasted a trip to California and not have it shipped, I don't think so. This company should have cut their commission and stood by their words.
