they connected me to a carrier who picked up my car on time and deliveredit in time. The concern is that once I signed the contract, communication with martha (the broker) ceased. I tried contacting her and couldn't get in touch. A service rep eventually contacted me and notified me, but there was a long time of waiting and just trusting everything was being taken care of. They got the job done in the end, I would have just appreciated more communication, as this was my first car shipping experience
