I have been in the transportation business for over 32 years and have managed to stay that long in business because of integrity, Honesty and loyalty which builts a service reputation. When companies do not stand by their word of service because of lack knowledge or tools they should not be in business. Customer service is the number one ingredient for success , unfortunatelly this company does not know the meaning of it. They quoted a price based on the dimmensions given to them, they never picked up the vehicle , which later claim that due to the hight they needed aditional money. WIll never use or even get a quote again . JC
