after waiting 2 wks with a different company, we contacted allen at usa. he was very confident, professional, and precise. he is a people person, able to talk to you like a real person and he listens to your situation and assists. if allen was unavailabe, we spoke with antonio who would get the information we needed and handle things until allen was available, never crossed he line allen had alrady established because it was initally allen's cotract. we like the teamwork they displayed, respect for each other and still got the job done! our vehicle was not in a regularly traveled truck route and it took only 3 days to find a truck and pick up our vehicle, and 2 days to deliver...compared to 2 wks and still no truck, with the other company. we will use usa in the future!! very highly recommended by us and we will tell everyone we know!!
