I see by the reviews here that perhaps I should not have used this company, but now that I have and received the service, I am happy that I did. I did not wait in excess for the bike to be picked up, nor to recieve it. They liased with a broker to ensure the border crossing was handled and therefore was not a burden on me. I am not in Wash. but it would not allow me to pick Alberta. All this and was by far the least expensive quote and no problems with the service. I would use them again as long as the price was reasonable again.
