I had these people ship my 100g raptor truck back from az because of corona virus.
Not only did it take almost a month to receive, I wasn’t around to sign for it, so I had my son sign for it. He walked around the truck, said everything looked ok. The next morning, I hand washed it, like I always do, because it doesn’t fit in a car wash. When I climbed up to clean around the sunroof, I found a long gouge on the roof.
I took pictures, sent to there claims, only to be screamed at by there personnel, that it was not there fault, I must of did it in the 16 hrs between when it arrived, and when it was discovered. It was signed for and too bad for me. What a great company, topped only by the people that work there. Lots of companies out there, try another! John watters
