Catalytic converter had been cut our of the car between pick-up and drop-off - it cost $2000 to fix.
No amount of evidence, offer of sworn and notarized affidavits that the car was in perfect condition when loaded, or any thing else will get any response from this shipper.
The police in Canada advised me that the shipper is obligated to make a police report. Dion refused to do so, saying he couldn't make a report based on a false statement....I guess in addition to having your vehicle damaged, you get to be called a liar when you deal with this company.
