The agent I contacted was very straight forward, prompt in email response and patiently answered all my questions. Although the contract said the vehicle will be made available after 5 or 10 days after it is picked up, I got it within 2 days which was a pleasant surprise!! Remember without car in a new place is a nightmare and keeps you pretty much inside home..

I would recommend the service to anyone who wants to ship automobiles from US to Canada..
