My husband and I originally booked with another company that gave us a very low quote. We waited and waited, and no one communicated with us, until I threatened to cancel my order. I called around and spoke to a nice lady named Jess, and she explained that the other company was trying to pull a fast one with quoting one price and giving another. I called the other company and she was right! They had bumped my quote over $700 more than what I originally had planned. I called Jess back with US Auto Transport and she gave us a higher quote, but said it was realistic, and that if it did go over, it would not be much. I let her know that we were now in a time crunch as we were moving from San Diego to New York and we were already on the way and my mother in law did not want the car sitting in her driveway. Jess made it a top priority and found a driver to pick up my car the very next day! She stayed in communication the entire time, and even got us $25 lower that the original quote we had from them. I'm appreciate Jess and US Auto Transport for turning this super stressful situation into an easy decision for the next time we decide to ship a vehicle! She answered the calls every single time, and I'm sure I called her in a panic at least 10 times throughout the day! What a wonderful company! Truthful, great customer service, and awesome communication! Save your time, and just go with these guys, if the rest of the company handles situations as well as Jess, you're in for an easy time!
