Problem is who they hire...

Christine was great, tried to help as much as she could. But the driver from the company they hired (ARC Auto Transport Inc) drove my car 113 miles (what if he got into an accident?) and when we called to complain about that, John Polland, ARC's owner said that if at least my car was a 150,000.00 Mercedes, I could be complaining, but it was "just a Honda" then he offered 25.00 for "the gas" (he really doesn't have a clue principle) and then he called my daughter(she was listed as the receiver) a fucking cunt.
I mean, if you hire UFirst, please make sure they won't hire ARC Auto Transport Inc. to actually do the job "and more"...
What I learned from this bad experience is that at the pick up time, we all should have the drivers write down the actual mileage, so no BS at the delivery.

UFirst Auto Transport ONLY dispatches their clients vehicles to haulers with a 5 star rating within our system as well as premium insurance. We work with our shippers on a daily basis and take pride in them. We are VERY picky about who transports for us. As the broker we had this scheduled for pick up / delivery on the dates that were requested by this customer. This person was upset from day one because the carrier was 1 hr late for pick up and we tried to explain to her repeatedly that he got delayed in traffic but was on the way. She then called 9 times on a Sunday ( our voicemail clearly says we are closed) to complain more about the driver being briefly delayed and become very rude and nasty that no one was there on the Sunday to answer her calls. Upon pick up the carrier did the inspection and noted the mileage, same was done for delivery. Two days after the vehicle was dropped off the client called in and said there were additional miles on her vehicle. We immediately contacted the carrier ( who has 5 stars) and they sent us a copy of the inspection sheet which Cleary had her signature stating the vehicle was dropped off in the same condition it was picked up in. As the driver was doing the inspection this client even took pictures of the vehicle. The miles are Cleary visible in these pictures. When we asked the client why does the mileage match on both ends in the picture she again become rude and said she wanted to be reimbursed for the total amount she paid. Our customer service rep Christine worked with her closely but it seemed nothing would satisfy her other then money. As you can imagine this person wants something for nothing and was very difficult to work with. This review she has submit has no just cause.
