I am elated with the service I received from UFirst. Pickup was delayed due to snow in the Sierra Madres, but UFirst kept me and the pickup point of contact informed along every step of the way. When I used the online tracking form to keep track of the truck's progress, I would receive a personal phone call to let me know where it was along the route. I was extremely impressed and will absolutely use this again if I ship another car.
