Don was very quick to answer my calls and/or texts. He was one of the few who answered their phones after hours. I was new to car transport and he explained the whole process to me in detail . He did not make me feel like I was asking dumb questions. When I was a little wary of giving him a deposit, he said he'd wait until my car was accepted by a trucker. He even reduced his commission to get my car picked up sooner. I had to add $50 to the original quote, but I still ended up paying $50 less than with other companies. He then followed up to see if the driver contacted me. He kept after the dispatcher until I was contacted. He even checked up again to give me a more definite delivery date. The driver was also very nice. He made me feel safe handing over my son's car to him. It arrived safe and sound in San Antonio!
