Dealing with UFirst Auto Transport was a breeze. From the first day Don contacted me throughout the whole transaction, was a reassuring process. Don was very professional and did not attempt to pressure me to make a quick decision. He also did not try to earn my business by putting down other transport companies.
I had dealt with another company about a year ago and it was a horrible mess. Needless to say, I was very cautious. UFirst communicated with me throughout the process and provided me with a way to communicate with the driver.
Not only did the vehicle arrive unharmed, it was early. What a surprise!
The transaction was easy. There were no hidden fees nor broken promises.
I would highly recommend to anyone considering transporting their vehicle to give UFirst a call.
