I was told an earliest pickup date but no latest date. I waited for weeks unable to contact Don Taggat after I gave him my credit card #. I was relegated to a female agent that could not secure a driver.
After my 5th call she informed me she had a driver for 2 days ahead; then told me I would have to pay 50 more for pickup, over the agreed rate.This was an obvious bait and switch. Luckily I found a reputable company Q Transport who was able to ship my car within 3 days of contact for 600-150 less than UFirst. Do not use this company if you want to maintain contact with the person who originated the sale, he is unavailable. The cost of auto transport is 500; anything more is a broker fee and I found one for 100.
