I called UFirst Auto Transport on April 12th and talked to Don. I needed to have a vehicle picked up in California and delivered to Georgia. I was told the there would be no problem having it picked up by Monday the 22nd. I called and talked to Don on Friday the 19th to make sure Monday was still ok and he told me Christina should be calling me but everything looked fine. I never heard from either of them so I called them both Monday around lunch time and left messages. Christina called me Monday and told me she was going to call the truck driver and she would call me right back – never heard back. I called again Tuesday around lunch and had to leave messages again - when she called me back she was talking to the driver on the other line and she would call me back. Well Wednesday morning rolled around and still no phone calls. Left messages Wednesday around lunch and she called me back and told me she had good news and bad news. The other car the driver was supposed to pickup cancelled and that he could not pick it up until next week. The good new (according to her) was that she had contacted another client that need their car transported next week to see if they would mind having it shipped earlier. I told her that was not workable due to the fact that they knew I have to be out of California by Thursday and that I would have to make other plans. Christina said she doesn’t know how they missed it up, but they did. They just put me off and the communication was awful. I would not waste my time with UFirst Auto Transport.

Mr. Debrabant contacted us on 4.15 with questions. Nothing was booked until 4.19 at 3:12 PM requesting pick up on the 22nd. We advised the client this was short notice but we would see what could be done. It was explained to the client that his delivery point was 108 miles from the main hub of Atlanta and we would have to wait for the carrier to be able to put together some sort of load into his vicinity. The trucks get approx. 4 miles to the gallon and cannot go 216 miles round trip out of his way without having something else to pick up in the area or another vehicle being delivered there. This usually takes a few days to coordinate and being the client booked his order towards the end of the day on a Friday we did not have much time to work things out. The client called us all weekend even after being told our office is closed on weekends. This is also listed on all voicemails, our website and our emails. Monday morning his calls were returned and he advised he will be making other arrangements and wanted us to cancel his booking. As requested he was canceled and nothing was charged to the client. Our company did everything we said we would do and we explained each step clearly and thoroughly.
