LA to Nashville properly done

This was my first time having a car hauled. The haul was from near LA to Nashville. It was about a month after getting several on line quotes. The price was reasonable and around the general price range. I downselected to two brokers based on reviews and price. I selected UFirst because Greg kept in touch (without being a pest) and answered all my questions while I made my decision.

After I signed up, Christina in dispatch worked with me to reschedule my pick-up. My friend in California wasn't available the day a trucker wanted to come get the car. Her effort made the actual move much easier. Even with the reschedule I caused, it was 7 days from contract to delivery.

The carrier was polite and professional. Having the car arrive early was a great bonus.

I would recommend UFirst to anyone.
