I received many quotes but UFIRST was the only company that was able to guarantee me they would pick up the vehicle within a day or two. Other companies wanted to charge $500-$1,000 more to guarantee when it would be picked up. Don put me on hold contacted the driver he said was available in the area and confirmed the picked up. He provided the contact numbers for the company he sub-contracted the work job to and the driver within a few minutes of hanging up. I spoke to the driver and immediately had a level of comfort I was not expecting in this process. Communication, price and service was top notch!
