Car Never Picked Up and Refund Not Returned!

Do not use this company.

In August, Casey got in touch with me because I was interested in transporting my car. He said he would have it picked up in the morning as long as I paid a $200 deposit via Western Union. I did so then NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM. He did not return calls, texts, or voicemails. This forced me to use a different company. A few weeks and emails later, Casey promised he would return my refund. As months passed and still no refund, I contacted his brother who claimed Casey had priorities up north and their mother had fallen and was dealing with medical issues but promised he would refund me as soon as he talked to his father. The brother made no progress towards refunding me.

I visited this site and saw similar cases and posted a review regarding my concerns and warning others to avoid this company. Casey immediately called me and said he would return the refund. He took my address and texted me confirming the check was sent. Two months later I still have not seen the check.

Still, several details that can further degrade the integrity of those working for Turn Key Transport are not included here. This company used terrible excuses to avoid refunding me, had awful communication skills, and lied continuously. I am reviewing simply to deter others from making the same mistake as myself.
