Talked to Jeff in late March who was referred to me by my father as someone who could pick up my vehicle from North Carolina and bring it to Montana. He told me he had another vehicle to pick up in the same area and so to give him 7-10 day to have the vehicle in Montana. I should mention that Jeff was 400 more expensive than the other options I had but as he was a referral and had a yard to store it in I agreed.

Jeff said no problem and asked me to send in a contract which I did. He asked that I pay the amount up front. I asked if I could pay upon arrival at his yard in Great Falls in which he agreed. (thank god or this review would be a lot worse)

After various emails and follows up and make sure my vehicle was in Great Falls for me to pick it up. I finally got a hold of Jeff who was a little confused as to who I was however once he figured it out he advised he has just been "sick" about it for a week as he was had not picked up my vehicle and not sure he would. The only way he could would be to increase the price again and give him some time. I advised that prior to him I had other options which I opted against so was done giving him "time". Not to mention the cost was now up 40% of his "guaranteed quote". Basically Turbo Transport could not even give a referred client the courtesy of a phone call.

I called another company 3 days ago after being done with Turbo (who I will review when it is dropped off) however long story short it is on the truck and on its way to Montana.
