3/28/14 contacted Tim Sales Person of the company asking for quotes. 3/29/14 Sales person Brad sent contract and dispatcher Jacob requested the deposit. Deposit of $ 250. done by phone. 4/3/14 e-mailed the scanner signed contract. 4/24/14 e-mailed Tim to cancel the contract for medical reasons and requested refund. He forwarded it to General Manager John. 2 unsuccessful e-mails and 2 phone calls to John (4/25, 4/28, 5/2 and 5/4). No answer yet.
