Car was picked up 4 days after earliest availability, which is reasonable due to unforseen difficulties with logistics. Once a carrier was assigned, the vehicle was picked up in a timely manner at our convenience. Vehicle was in a difficult neighborhood to navigate but the driver was very understanding and made sure the pickup went as planned even though he could have refused. We were charged a reasonable extra fee ($100) for excess cargo, which under the circumstances I did not mind paying. The driver's communication was great and he delivered on time and was very accomodating. I would definitely recommend Trusty Transport to my friends.
