I was trying to get my Jaguar shipped from TN to NJ. I received an email from Trusty Transport basically stating that they can guarantee a lower price than all brokers because they have their own transportation network and fleet of drivers, including drivers with disabilities and quoted me a price of $426.00, Well, I went on their website and filled out a request. At no time did I give Trusty Transport any consent to place this order on the National Board. About 3 days go by and nothing, besides an email with an Order Number. There is No phone number to call them either. I come to find out that this joker (Robbie) placed my vehicle on the National Board at only $300 - Really, that's a damn insult to all the carrier companies out there. My vehicle was listed at the absolute bottom going out of Memphis, TN. I decided to go with a reputable broker and BTW - Trusty Transport has an F rating from the BBB - rightfully so. I requested this be immediately removed from the National Board immediately and I wanted answers. I am attching an actual email received from Robbie at Trusty Transport in regards to my request and inquiry. The email subject is listed as" Re: Shipping Order Number 12-16 SUCKER" - "Jesus Christ aren't you the smart one. Here is a broker who has been in business for 3 months with your order posted on Central Dispatch for anybody to purchase. We have a truck going thru Memphis friday afternoon. I have known the driver for about 23 years. Who knows you you are going to get but I do know you will be paying more than $426. You are an all day lollipop." - REAL NICE SERVICE HUH??? YOU ALLL HAVE BEEN WARNED! TRUSTY TRANSPORT IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!

This is a false review. Our website does not tell any of the listed lies. In order for us to get all of the info. to work a load we must recieve a contract. We can't do it from just a quote. This was an impatient customer who believed a brokers sales pitch and cost himself $150 and took his bitterness out on us with this review.
