I have never dealt with a more unresponsive, unreliable company in my life! They were very delayed in replying to emails and once they did, it was less than 5 words. I could never get them to give me an actual contact number for them. I was never notified by a driver or anyone else for pick-up time. I finally sent a cancellation notice the night before I was supposed to be scheduled. They didn't even reply to that. I would strongly suggest NOT using this transport company.
