Here's our email exchange, you decide: Robert. Customer, We recently sent you a quote and want to give you more reasons to trust us with your vehicle: Standard Shipping: $750.00 - Place Order Robert Anderson Me: Do you offer a military discount? Robert: No Me: Maybe you should remove this from your website. Our Team ?Trusty Transport is a family owned and operated business that has been around for over 22 years. We offer military discounts and are strong supporters of the Wounded Warrior Project. Trust us to ship your vehicle and we will not disappoint! Robert: You get a quote for hundreds and I mean hundreds of dollars cheaper than any other quote you are going to get. An actual carrier. You are getting ready to be pounded by the brokers. Spend the next 2 hours listening to all of the sales pitches and reasons for you to give a credit card # and then think of this exchange. Lose our #. Me: WOW, Your quote is exceptionally low, but since your website said you had a military discount I saw no reason not to ask about it. You could have responded many different ways. After reading all horrible reviews and then finding a few good ones I was still thinking about trying your service. Robert: Hysterical, one of the worst brokers in the industry I Move Auto just tried to sell us your contract to load on the 7th. As I said, lose our #. Me: Most companies wait to be rude after they secure the business. Robert: No need. We are a carrier with an office in Phoenix. We can fill the trucks so easy with freight that dealing with certain customers is an easy decision. In a week when that broker tells you they need $300 more think back to you trying to get greedy with us. Enjoy the brokers. Me: I'll post our email exchanges and see what others think. Robert: Literally do not care. He with bitter beer face. You will not affect our business at all. We are an actual carrier. Brokers beg us to take freight like yours. Lake Havasu to Fl for a vette. Terrible freight and instead of saving yourself about $500 and having us put it on mondays truck you thought you were the super smart businessman. As this turns into a nightmare over the next few weeks instead of apologizing for being a tool you are going to brag about being a tattletail and threatening us. No need to reply.

We gave quote for a Vette from Lake Havasu City,AZ to Fl. for $750 on July 2nd. Very difficult loading area near the Mojave desert. We quoted $750. Guy calls and wants a $50 discount. John told him no discount currently with the Covid and the cost of diesel is on an upswing. The brokers are quoting $1,000 to $1,200 for this move. He is only including the emails not his 3 phone calls where 3 different employees told him no discount. He kept calling with different stories of how he couldn't afford more than $700 to ship his Corvette. Wasting out time to save $50 for moving his 40,000 car. What a jackass. So he baits my dad into an email arguement that he has deleted some of his emails. So 11 days go by and his car is still in Az and he has hired 3 different brokers and they are charging him over a grand. On July 13th he called and asked if we could do it for $725. We said no. He then gave us bad reviews every where and said he would retract them if we just moved it for $750. Now it is the 20th and his car is still sitting in AZ. He knows we have an office in Az and he knows we have drivers on I-10 and I-40 3 times a week. The brokers are telling him that we are refusing to load it at any price out of principal. We had a broker offer us the contract for $1,000. $250 more than we would have done it directly for the customer. You have to admit, kinda funny.
