My experience was excellent overall. Shipping charge was as given in quote and very fair. Robbie Anderson always responded immediately to my phone calls, text messages or emails. If I wasn't able to reach him, he would send me a message afterwards. They were very good in making sure that the driver picked up my car. Only issue I had was that the day that my car was scheduled to be picked up, I still hadn't heard from the driver and had to contact Trusty Transport. They were able to reach the driver for me and the driver explained that he had a mechanical problem that day and would be able to pick the car up the next day. After that, the driver was great and picked up the car when he promised. The drop off of the car was very smooth as well. Drop off date was as promised. The driver contacted me the night before delivery and on the day of delivery. No issues and the driver was very cooperative. Not very often you get honest people like these. I would use them again.
