SUMMARY REVIEW: FIND ANOTHER TRANSPORTATION COMPANY Where do I begin with this review? I placed an order to have a car transported in an enclosed container. I was told 1-3 days. The company provided ZERO communication, the only way I ever received a status was by reaching out to them. And I was told continually it had not been assigned. I explained to them my deadline as I needed the car on a certain date - and I placed the order in plenty enough time as the car only had to go a little over 300 miles. Interestingly, I was given the speech about Dad stomping around as well (as another reviewer mentioned on Google) because it was taking too long. Was finally told that it was impossible to find an enclosed trailer on a short run so I switched to open. Again reminded them of the date needed and was told no problem. Of course the day this needed to be done, today, I am now told it was to be delivered tomorrow. Not possible. Now they won't answer the phone at all after calling multiple times, will only email me, which is a coward's way of doing business. I am now told they are going to contact the driver and see if the driver can get me the car by tomorrow. The last response I got from them today is a direct quote from the email sent to me by the staff in their office: "I put in a request for him to call. Would you prefer to just cancel this ? It would save us a lot of trouble with the rest of the customers on the truck who are having their schedules changed." So they didn't do their job, nor warn me that the enclosed request would be an issue - and now I am inconveniencing them somehow? As a small business owner myself, I avoid writing bad reviews at all costs but this was just too much. I assure you there must be a better company with less devious and dubious practices out in the world. They turned getting a brand new car delivered to me in a stressful and tense situation. And also cost me money and a ton of time.

Customer told us it was ready asap. We sent a truck out and it was a dealership that was closed on the weekend. Waste of time. I told her that it is snowbird season and most trucks are running north to south. Alabama to the middle of nowhere Louisiana enclosed van on zero notice is difficult. So then she switches to open carrier and we an load next day with delivery the following day. It is only 300 miles. Why would she think it would take 2 days ? She said she was busy at work and wanted the driver to sit for an extra day. We offered to deliver to her work or to anybody she trusts with the keys. She said that was inconvienent and she is too important to have her work day interrupted to accept delivery. I asked if she was so important did she have an assistant, receptionist, secretary, anybody who could sign for it ? No. We tried to shuffle some other pickups and deliveries to accommodate her but the other 3 customers balked at it. We ended up loading that day and delivering the next with her husband accepting the keys. We didn't even charge her for sending us out the first time to a closed business. She was very difficult to deal with. It costs $600 a day to have a truck on the road with 2 drivers. We can not afford just to have it sit for 24 hours because she wants special service.
