I have shipped cars before and had a great experience. My experience with Robbie at Trusty Transport was quite the opposite. He was incredibly quick to respond when I was inquiring about the shipping cost, time, and ability to transport by a certain days. When I say quick, I mean he responded withing two minutes. However, the moment I went with Trusty Transport, all the communication stopped. Read reviews on yelp and google, not just on this site, and you'll see many more people who had the exact same experience as me. Robbie would ignore my text messages, calls, and emails. He only once sent an email with about five words in it. Basically, when you go with this company you're pretty much in the dark on when your car will be picked up, where it is in transit, and when it will arrive. Avoid this company, they're aren't worth dealing with.

We received this order at 2pm on Friday. It was at the Copart auction which closes at 4pm and reopens Monday. Craig was dealing with brokers all week and was bitter about being lied to,giving deposits and paying daily storage. We loaded it Monday morning and my driver paid the $20 storage fee. We delivered Tuesday and this jackass refused to pay the $20 because we should have loaded Friday with 2 hours notice. He left 4 drunken messages Friday night. We are EST and closed at 8pm. 3 hr. time difference.
