Subject: Quote from Trusty Transport
----------------------------------------

Thank you for allowing us to quote you for the move of your vehicle. Your price is $475. We ship door to door on a eight to ten car double decker auto transporter with full insurance. One hundred pounds of luggage allowed in the trunk. Written inspections on both ends and advance notice to set times. We DO NOT require a deposit. Many companies do take a deposit and if they do not move your vehicle in a timely manner they keep your deposit when you cancel your order. Typically we can assign your auto to a truck within 1-3 days. We have a excellent record with the Better Business Bureau and the Dept. of Transportation. We are also licensed and bonded. Our motor carrier number is MC#439849. Some of my competitors own or are affilliated with "bogus" consumer sound off website listing themselves as the top carrier and the companies who are recieving the same moving leads as them as the worst companies. These sites are obviously tilted to the carrier behind them. Check with the Better Business Bureau and do not get taken Advantage of. We pride ourselves on being straight forward with you. Email me any concerns and questions and I will give you an honest answer. robbie@trustytransport.com. In certain shipping lanes (especially out of Calif.) we will be $100 cheaper than other companies. Our profit level is 8 to 12 percent. Other companies insist on a $150 to $200 profit per order. Please do not discard me because I am the lowest quote. Because I do not take a deposit I have to move your auto in order to make money. ( a very good incentive ) There isn't anything wrong with my company just because I am the lowest quote. I am just not greedy. You can place your order or read more details at www.trustytransport.com. Please email any questions to robbie@trustytransport.com Thanks.

Hi Robert,

Today is Saturday, Dec. 3, and my car is scheduled to be picked up tomorrow, Sunday, but I have not heard from anyone yet, so I just want to follow up!

I may not have internet access after I send this email, so when you reply, please do so via my cell phone at: xxxxxxx. All contact with me should be to my cell phone and not email. I do not have a landline. By the way, the 800 # on your website is disconnected.

Kind regards,

Rosemary

Also, the 480 number is not working either! I tried calling both numbers.

I don't think I will have internet access after I send this email, so please use my cell phone for contact! Thank you.

Kind regards,

Rosemary

It seems that the truck that my car was on is being repaired; Sergei just phoned me to ask me if he can drive my car from Portland to me!

I'm not really happy about that at all, but I consented because I have a job interview tomorrow.

Although I've used TrustyTransport 3 times, I am not sure I'd use your service again.

Rosemary

I have just received my car and I am NOT happy. Someone put over 100 miles on my car.

Not only that, there is a HUGE stain on the driver's seat. I don't know what the hell it is, but I am going to photogragh it.

Also, on the passenger's floor and door, there is a quantity of mud. I will photograph that also.

This is bullshit.

I only paid the driver $450 instead of the $475 and he accepted it, but it's going to cost me more than $25 to clean the inside of the vehicle. That stain on the driver's seat is from the front edge of the seat to more than midway to the back. Maybe it's coffee, but I have no idea. It's disgusting.

I'll send you the photographs after I take them.

I will make sure that I never use your service again and will tell as many folks that I know that you hire drivers that have no idea what they are doing.

In my opinion, I should get at least a partial refund.

And it would have been nice if the drivers spoke ENGLISH!

Correction:

They put 174 miles on my car and brought it back with NO GAS!

I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and show them the photographs, including the one of the current mileage.

I had no idea this was going on. I have a call in to the owner of Selena to see what I can get out of them. As you know from the past I do not use bad drivers. We move over four thousand auto's a year with very very few complaints. I understand that you are mad and need to vent but useing statements like telling everyone you know not too use me and complaining to the BBB makes me feel reluctant to help you. How many miles is it from Portland to Ridgefield ?

I have not contacted the BBB, but I am very upset.

I was lucky to have made it to a gas station. I have never seen my gas tank so empty. I wonder how long the Low Fuel light was on. I had quite a bit of gas when the car left Rohert Park.

Portland to Ridgefield? Less than 20 miles, give or take. 174 miles is a bit much, and someone had quite a party. After I emailed you, I examined the interior more closely, and there were spills on the driver's side floor also, and whatever it was splashed on the driver's door and the steering wheel! It almost smelled like alcohol but I cannot be sure yet.

I can send you the photos of the large stain on the driver's seat, the mud on both driver and passenger seats and doors, and a photo of the ending mileage when they dropped it off.

I went to get it washed, and had an oil change. The guy at the oil change place said that all my tires had about 14 pounds of pressure in it, and I had the car checked about 2 weeks before it was shipped, and my tire pressure was just fine. Really odd. I take very good care of my vehicles.

The guy (Sergei?) seemed to just want to get out of here when I started complaining, so he was happy to get 450 instead of 475 but I should have paid a lot less.

Please let me know what you find out, and I appreciate your investigation.

And another mention:

In the back seat, I seatbelted a small CD rack. I there should have been no reason that the seatbelt was removed. :\

Hi Robert,

Was wondring if you had any updates or reponses from the trucking companies regarding my situation.

Hello Robert,

I'm still awaiting your reply, and would appreciated one ASAP. Thank you.

Oh, and in cleaning the inside of my car, I found a blue cigarette lighter on the floor beneath the passenger seat, which by the way was almost in the full recline position. The blue lighter is not mine and belongs to the people who trashed the inside when they put 174 miles on my car.

Please reply.

Robert,

Enough days have passed, in my opinion, for this to be resolved.

I would like a full refund, minus the $25 I withheld when they drove my car to Ridgefield from Portland. This puts my refund at $450.

Please send a check immediately to:

xxxxxxxxxx

After I receive the check, you can continue to await for resolution from Selena Trucking.

Please advise.

Rosemary

I understand that, but I contracted with you, TrustyTransport.

You should refund the $450 and recoup from Selena, in my opinion.

Subject: Formal Complaint Forthcoming (was: Please reply re - Shipping Order # 11-74)

Mr. Anderson,

You appear to be ignoring me.

Since you refuse to refund me, I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB, and other organizations, such as fuckedcompany.com and other bad business sites.

In my complaints, I will also direct them to the following link when the page is done, which will be sometime today:

http://www.therose.com/html/trustytransport.html

I will also put this page, when complete, on my other 17 websites, and post the link to the newsgroups and to the 2 dozen or so email lists that I am on. The page will also contain any and all email correspondance.

I have also taken screenshots of your webpage that still shows the incorrect phone numbers for your company. I advised you of this on Dec. 3, 2005, and the numbers are still invalid as of today, Dec. 17, 2005:

TollFree: (800) 737-9098 | Phone: (480) 756-7506

I will also scan the bill of lading which shows the starting mileage at pickup and upload that photo also. The photos on the link will show the ending mileage, as I've previously mentioned to you.

Anyway, if you change your mind and decide to refund the $475 sans the $25 I held back upon my car delivery (I should have withheld it all), then please reply before noon today (Pacific time).

Regards,

Rosemary

You will be the third person to do so. The last one the judge decided that do to their slander/extortion that
it cost my company money and I was due compensation. It clearly states in my terms and conditions contract
that any and all claims must be filed with the carrier. I am only the broker and am not liable for anything.
I will sue you and I will win. After thirty percent to my lawyer I had enough left last time to rent a
beautifull 9 bedroom beachouse at Hilton Head Island for my entire family for two weeks. I sent that person a
christmas card last year and this one as a thank you. I have not booked a vacation home for summer 2006 yet.
Try me. I hope you have big pockets. Lawyers aren't cheap and I will flood yours with paper. I suggest you
file a claim with Selena Transport insurance. You do not scare me and I will actually wait a month before I
sue you. The first time I sued too early and couldn't show enough lost revenue to justify much compensation.

This sure sounds like the same sort of response that you used when you replied
to the other fellow at badbusinessbureau.com, in which you said in 2002:

http://badbusinessbureau.com/reports/ripoff38658.htm

******************************
I am the owner of Trusty. You are not the first to try to extort money. The last
two my lawyer had a field day with. Myself and my lawyer enjoy collecting all of
the fees associated with sueing somebody for breach of
contract, extortion, slander(libel),defamation, lost revenue. etc. You signed an
electonic contract online (that is fully legal) that according to federal and
Arizona laws I am fully covered against this type of "extortion". That is the
exact word the judge here in Phoenix used against the last person who tried
this. My lawyer is my brother-in-law who enjoyed his Cancun vacation from the
last person who thought they were cute. You will undo everything you have put in
motion. All claims are filed with the carrier. I will happily fax you the
carriers insurance info., licenses etc. That is all I am required by law to do.
I will help an any way I can, but continuing Harrassment of my company you will
regret. The loss of business people like you try to cause me really pisses off a
judge here in Az. The judge looks at it as you are trying to pressure me into
paying the claim or having the carrier do it. I am not required by law to do
that. Lost revenue to my company can add up really quick.
Robert Anderson
******************************

It makes you sound like you really don't care, makes you sound like you can hire these other trucking outfits and not have to worry about any of the consequences.

Please provide the contact information etc. for Selena Trucking and I will attempt to contact them, because you seem to not care.

And please feel free to sue me, althought on what grounds, I don't know.

Regards,

Rosemary
