Experience was awful

the transportation time from MA to TX was 4 days. After a week of pickup Trusty transport has no idea where the car is and the Dispatcher tells me the car is still in Hudson(50 Miles from the place where it was picked up). Dispatcher claims that they informed the broker(Trusty Transport) about it. Not sure whose fault it is but i ended up paying for the rental car for a week more than expected and Trusty transport does not accept responsibility for the delay. It again proves not the deal with a broker like Trustry Transport again. Robbie never picks up any calls but sends in a text to text him and never bothers to reply. Hell of an experience.

Adding to the review regarding the response from the transporter.

The car was picked up on 06-Apr-2016 and trusty transport didnt have any update on the failed engine until 13-Apr-2016 ( I had to call him and tell him that). The car was finally delivered on 18-Apr-2016.

I have all his texts and emails where i asked trusty transport if they can offer me a discount as i had to spend on a rental car during the days he made me wait because of the failed engine and he didnt offer me even a single dollar. Instead i got a response " No I am not offering a discount. I still have to pay the new driver the same amount"

To the transporter: Next time please dont make false claims on reviews

After loading the engine failed. After 2 days it was determined that we needed a new one. It took 2 days to get a new truck routed in but with team drivers to travel down faster. All said and done we delayed our customers by 3 days. We still had to pay the drivers for the move though. We offered the customers the $117 in profit per unit. All accepted but Mubarak. He wanted the whole move for free. He said we were typical worthless americans. He got nothing.
