SCAM - BEWARE! On their website it states that you are allowed to put a small amount of personal items in the car during transport. What they DON'T tell you is that your car will not be locked the entire trip. When I reported to them that things of mine were STOLEN they said neither they nor the outsourced company they used (Tony's Transport-out of Spokane, WA) were responsible. I'm not sure how in good conscience a company can say "oh sure pack your car with items" and forget to tell you they car won't be locked so good luck having anything in the car when it arrives!
