Trustline Carriers failed to fulfill a contracted delivery and engaged in deceptive billing practices, resulting in significant financial loss. On March 19, 2026, we agreed upon a price for a vehicle delivery. However, the delivery was never made, and the vehicle was never picked up. The company claimed they could not find a driver due to current fuel costs, then attempted to upcharge the original agreement by 150% to provide an alternative driver. Most concerning is the unauthorized charge to my credit card. Despite their Google listing and verbal assurances that no upfront fees would be charged, they processed a payment without my consent. They have since refused to issue a refund, despite the fact that they never secured a driver or performed any part of the service. This company is engaging in predatory "bait and switch" pricing and unauthorized billing. I am seeking a full refund of the charges and wish to warn others to avoid their services.
