Scam - fraud - not trust worthy

ATTENTION!! ** DO NOT FALL FOR HER MISGUIDED REVIEWS If you are someone that values time and value yourself Stay away from this transportation company. I'm sorry to say but I trusted KIM for how she introduces her self on the company profile as the owner but she is completely the opposite of who she states on her personal profile. She took my deposit for a service that she agreed to provide by contracting another company for the pickup date. But the service never happened and I lost my money and the actual date the car was supposed to be delivered. And now it will be delayed to her negligence and her company that she hired. Do yourself a favor and learn from my inconvenience that she created for me and cut out the middle man in this case woman and don't use her services because you will loose your target date and your money. And in my case the money wasn't really the issue it's the inconvenience and the date the car was supposed to be delivered and now everything has to change and cost me more in changing routs and my plans. You get what you pay for but unfortunately they took my money and cost me more money and I ended up with nothing but bunch of excuse and horrible customer service. So sad that she can't even answer her phone she reply with text messages. And she is not going to even refund me because I'm the one canceling service when in all reality the truck never even made it because "it was broken down" and rescheduled couple times. Way more companies and even better companies to use. Cut out the middle person. Use a broker that will take your money and provide you great service and appreciate you as a client not a broker that will waist your time. By her action and her unprofessionalism I lost few thousand dollars and worst than money my time. I will post this on every site that I possibly can so people can learn from my mistake in trusting people. And the best part Of this whole thing Is i was a returning customer that she treated like crap. Maybe she has lost interest in her own business. And I'm sure Kim will respond with excuses and false information to try and justify her actions to not blame herself. But if she does I have all her text messages and time line from the moment I asked her and her instructions how to hire her for the service

For now I will reply with : LOL - I am too busy to reply to this ridiculous paragraph of lies right now........Meanwhile, my thousands of happy, returning customers will continue to place orders with me because they know I conduct myself and MY BUSINESS with integrity.
