Tropical Auto Carrier exceeded our expectations for transporting our new car from New York to Florida and then back to New York. After doing a lot of research and reading many reviews for many different companies (most of which were horror stories of other companies losing cars or never picking their cars up) we chose to go with Tropical Auto Carrier who had good reviews and a good rating on the BBB. We were very pleased with their service all around. We will use them again in the future. It cost $645 to transport our 2013 Toyota Venza. It took about 2 or 3 days for the transport to be complete and was done door to door which was very convenient. We had no problem with the customer service and they kept us informed the entire time. We were given the drivers name and phone number and were also in consent contact with him. The order process was very easy and we were given a fair price. The person who helped us name was Jackie and she answer all of our questions and called us back promptly when we left her a message. She explained the entire process to us. We are planning a move back to Florida and look forward to using them again. We chose to transport our car because it is a lease and we did not want to put miles on the car while moving. Tropical auto carrier made out move easy and stress free. They were on time and delivered the car in great shape. We felt we could trust tropical Auto carriers with our car and would do so again, we would also tell our friends to use them.
