For your good I am writing this review.
PLEASE - PLEASE - PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TRISTAR TRUCKING or FAIRWAY AUTO TRANSPORT INC.

I received a quote from Harvey, Tristar sales guy saying there was a cancellation on the truck and can ship immediately for a fair price $545.00. He also said the price you see is the price you pay. We don't charge you like many other companies. Asked for a deposit $175.00
I saw my car shipped to me and the driver said I am a middle man. Tristar hired me to ship it. Pay me $775.00 (Surprized me!) or I will put it in the yard. Now the total is $175.00+$775.00 = 950.00 ($405.00 extra).

I called the Tristar and Sam the owner is very rude and harsh and said read the contract terms 1-19, Harvey is busy and cannot talk to you, we can charge you as much as you want once you sign the contract. He hung up on me twice and sent email in 30 font "no payment no car".

Their business practices are very ruthless and scam. If you want to be safe, I suggest you NOT NOT NOT to do business with these guys. Also you can see there is no was to complain about these companies as they are not BBB.

I fell in the trap and cost me almost double. Don't even think about contracting them no matter what. Try any other company but TRISTAR.

How could people lie like this???? we never told the customer that we could charge him anything we want. Sam is not the owner he is a dispatcher. This customer tried to cheat us out of the broker fee and has the nerve to complain and had every intention to do it. The customer was fully aware of the charges and had agreed to pay them except when the car was being delivered.
