Appalling service. Triple AC Ranch communicated that horse traveling from Illinois to California would be delivered on Saturday, October 5, 2013. They never showed up. On October 8, 2013, we finally received an email explaining that the truck needed repair and the horse was doing well in a pen at their Buckeye, AZ holding facility. I have a friend that lived nearby so asked him to check on the horse only to discover that the horse was not there, he was at a private home about 30 minutes' drive away. After several more failed delivery estimates, they eventually delivered the horse on October 13, 2013 (8 days late). This horse, who left Illinois with clean legs and no behavioral issues, arrived with splint bones and bucking behavior that he had never displayed before the trip. After some training, he now is doing great, loving the trail and has completed his first endurance ride sound. Beware of this company, they are totally irresponsible and, in my opinion, damaging.
