This company did not answer phone calls, did not call customer about delays, or booking agents, did not make the delivery time did not inform customer or the booking agent of any delays. Ideal Motors Trans, Inc. Was told delivery would be 06/25/2012 8:00 AM - 12:00 noon was not met, I lost a day of work because this company dose not belive in any type of customer service, or commitment to ensuring a contract is met. They did not leave Riverdale GA. Until 7 pm on the 25 of June even tho they stated delivery that night, it is a 10 hr drive from Riverdale GA to Yorktown VA, then it was delivery by a towing company not even the company that was contracted. They did not have the Pretrip inspection or the bill of latent. Also the towing trucking receipt stated they where not responsible for any damages. They also user my car for storage of their personal items. They where late did keep the customer informed about time of delivery or delays. I would not recommend them
