Please take note to the comments found on dates 4/4 (Ken), 4/5 (Jeff) and 4/11 (Ben). I could practically just cut and paste their comments as my experience has been just as bad. After reading their comments it was just like I had already written my review.

This was actually my first time purchasing a car from long distance to have it delivered from New York to Iowa. Wow, what an eye opening experience for me and total FRUSTRATION! I am a Christian and educated man and would never intentionally say negative comments about anyone or any company if not deserved but I had to comment on this horrible experience. Almost word for word I was contacted by Stan stating that this company was not a broker but was a family owned trucking co and has been in business for 11 years transporting approximately 1,100 vehicles per month. He explained in detail that he could assure me that the vehicle would be picked up on Monday (4/18) or Tuesday (4/19) after I had placed the order Friday (4/15). I did this because I had it listed with another broker who low balled me on price ($645) and the car has been sitting at the dealership for 2 weeks. So after Stan's so called pep speech on their abilities to deliver the vehicle and again he assured me the vehicle would be picked up no later than Tuesday (4/19) I thought hey I finally found someone who is going to get my car to me.

I also had it listed with another broker prior to listing it with Transport Services because they didn't require anything down so how could I lose. Well, once they found out about me signing up with Transport Services he told me what would happen. And guess what? It Happened!! He told me that all they were trying to do was steal the order by placing it on the Nat'l board at a higher price. So once he told me that I called Stan back and AGAIN he assured me that was not the case and the car would be picked up no later than Tuesday (4/19) because they had access to their own drivers. Well on Monday (4/18) of course I have to call in to customer service and speak to Arie (spelling unsure) and she proceeds to tell me that the driver had mechanical problems and should have them fixed by Tuesday (4/19) so shouldn't be a problem. So I told her DO NOT call me tomorrow and tell me that their are still mechancial problems because I was warned by the other broker this would happen. She said no problem and Stan assured me again as well. Hmmmmm guess what I was told today Wed (4/20)?? You guessed it Arie told me that for some reason the driver was going to be out for probably 2 weeks with his mechanical problems. Sound familiar from myself and the other reviews?? You bet it does because this company just misleads you in every way. Arie always puts me on hold insisting that she is contacting the driver for status but for some reason she never gives me his name and number due to some regulations. I am the one who always has to call for status so far and it's always an excuse. Stan does seem like a nice guy but watch out for their bait and switch. Stan should have never told me about the assurance of my vehicle being picked on a specific date and their fine print does mention this but I only signed up because of his assurance and Industry experience. I was the sucker and trust me DO NOT put yourself in this situation because you will only be disappointed!!!!!

Signed,

Sleepless in Iowa with no vehicle!!
