Terrible Service/Completely Misleading

Transport Services (or Vehicle Transport Services) was absolutely awful. After promising to pick up the vehicle promptly, and claiming to be a "family business, not a broker," they were at LEAST seven days late in pciking up my car. Good luck reaching them on the phone and even better, try to get a straight answer. Audie (spelling?) and then Chrystal offered a littany of excuses, their first claim was that "the truck broke down" and things went downhill from there.

After a week of waiting (and no contact), I then decided to cancel the move with Transport Services. I called their main number and verbally cancelled the move and was told that I would lose my $172 deposit AND that I needed to email them to officially cancel the move. I did this after swallowing the $172 deposit and chalking that up to bad business.

Transport Services then proceeded to have a trucking company pick up my vehicle (even though the order was cancelled!). It was delivered several days later and the driver demanded a check, even though Jeremy took my entire amount weeks before with a credit card.

Earlier, Jeremy's subordinates agreed to a discount (prior to me cancelling the entire order) but now they are claiming to not do this and say that the $922 orginally quoted to me does include the discount.

I would STRONGLY urge anyone shipping a vehicle to avoid Transport Services, especially Jeremy (the reputed owner), Chrystal (who claims to be a manager) and Audie (who works in customer service. This is awful customer service and even worse business practices in full swing!

Ben In Previous emails you stated that in fact my driver picked up your car, From Ben "and you/your henchmen still picked up the vehicle," and delivered This is the trucking industry accidents and delays do occur and we try our hardest to make the customer happy. Also in the review you mention that the car was picked up several days late . Yes we admit to that. It was picked up late due to a death in the family. Which we can not control. However what we did to make up time was expedite and get it delivered within the same time frame. Delivery was the same day as if it was picked up on the original date. Which i think is a great job considering the driver had a death in the family. I do see that ever day you were informed of the delay and spoke with numerous CS reps updated you over 3x a day. No where on our agreement does it guarantee a Date or a Direct Driver. We strive to do our best but bottom line we get the job done which we did. We are family owned and have drivers that work directly for us which separates us from most brokers. When an emergency Happens, Such As: Truck broke down or accidents we use our broker authority. We have even went as far to offer you money back and you declined! If you need anything call Transport Services and we will try our best to make every customer happy
